THOE.ai sells digital software access and prepaid digital Cloud Credits. There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Subscriptions

The $29.99 monthly subscription is non-refundable, including unused time in the current billing period. You may cancel to stop the next renewal. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Cloud Credits

Prepaid Cloud Credits are digital goods. They are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, including unused credit balances.

Returns

Because THOE does not ship physical products, there is no return merchandise process and no restocking of physical goods.
