Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of THOE.ai and related features.

Agreement

By accessing THOE.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

THOE provides a free social platform, plus optional premium creative tools, local and cloud AI features, and publishing to platforms you connect. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use THOE under applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant THOE a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate features you use (including posting to platforms you authorize).

Publishing and sovereignty

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize THOE to act as a publishing tool on that account. You choose what to post and when. You are the publisher of that content. THOE does not claim ownership of your posts.

You can disconnect a platform at any time in Platform Connections, which removes stored tokens so THOE can no longer post on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You may not use THOE to create, generate, upload, publish, distribute, transmit, solicit, or facilitate content or activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of another person.

Child Safety and Exploitation. THOE strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, grooming or sexual solicitation of minors, and AI-generated, computer-generated, altered, or synthetic content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. This prohibition applies whether or not an actual minor was used to create the content and includes conduct prohibited by applicable federal, state, and local law, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2251–2260A and 18 U.S.C. § 1466A.

Nonconsensual Intimate Content. You may not create, generate, upload, publish, distribute, or threaten to distribute nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or other intimate depictions of an identifiable person without legally valid consent.

Other Prohibited Content. THOE may not be used to create, distribute, or facilitate unlawful obscene material, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, credible threats of violence, terrorism, or other illegal activity.

THOE may block prompts, refuse generation or publishing requests, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information when legally required, and report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required by law.

Connected third-party platforms may impose additional restrictions. Content permitted by THOE may still be rejected by a destination platform under that platform's own rules.

Fees and billing

THOE social is free. Paid features include a monthly THOE subscription for local AIs and multi-platform publishing, plus optional prepaid Cloud Credits. Prices are listed on the Products and Pricing page. Subscriptions renew each month until canceled.

Refunds

All sales are final. See the Refund and Return Policy. THOE does not ship physical goods. See the Shipping Policy.

THOE is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
