Privacy Policy
How THOE.ai collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services.
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how THOE.ai (“THOE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, apps, and related services at https://www.thoe.ai.
By using THOE, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
THOE.ai is a creative studio and publishing platform. Our public website and product home is https://www.thoe.ai. Privacy questions can be sent to support@thoe.ai.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use THOE, we may collect:
- Account information — such as email address, username, and profile details you provide when you create or sign in to an account.
- Content you create or upload — text, images, video, audio, and other media you generate or add in THOE.
- Connected social account data — if you choose to link a third-party network (for example Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, GitHub, or Meta products when enabled), we may store OAuth tokens, account identifiers, and related connection metadata needed to provide the features you authorize.
- Usage and technical data — such as IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, approximate timestamps, and diagnostic logs used to operate, secure, and improve THOE.
- Communications — messages you send us for support or privacy requests.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve THOE features
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Publish or schedule content to platforms you link, only when you explicitly authorize that action
- Provide customer support and respond to requests
- Monitor for abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Connected platforms (including Pinterest)
If you connect Pinterest or another network, THOE uses that connection only to perform actions you choose inside THOE (such as linking your account or publishing content you select). You can disconnect a linked platform at any time in THOE Platform Connections. Disconnecting removes stored credentials for that platform from your THOE link record.
Third-party platforms process data under their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before connecting an account.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, authenticate, store, or operate THOE (for example cloud infrastructure and auth providers), under contracts that limit their use of your data
- Linked platforms when you authorize publishing or account linking (they receive the content and account identifiers required by their APIs)
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
6. Cookies and similar technologies
THOE may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in sessions, security, preferences, and basic product operation. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
7. Data retention
We retain account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Linked platform tokens are removed when you disconnect that platform or delete your account, subject to short backup windows where applicable.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access or update account information you control in THOE
- Disconnect linked platforms at any time
- Request deletion of your THOE account/data using our User Data Deletion page
- Contact us at support@thoe.ai with privacy questions
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To exercise a privacy right, email us with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
10. Children’s privacy
THOE is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. International users
THOE may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If you use THOE from another country, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://www.thoe.ai/privacy and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of THOE after changes means you accept the updated policy.
